NEW EXPORT SYSTEM (NES)
NES is an electronic export processing system, which has been developed by Customs in consultation with the export trade. NES declarations will be submitted to Customs electronically. Under NES, customs are moving to a standard system based on positive clearance. This means that NES declarations will have to be put into the CHIEF system (Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight) and validated before clearance is given and the cargo can be shipped.

EUR1 CERTIFICATE
The EUR1 document has been set up between the EU and various none EU countries to offer a reduction of duty for goods originating in the participating countries. The EUR1 was introduced to attract trade between the relevant parties and is a proof of origin that allows the duty reduction.
The EUR1 must be stamped by the relevant customs office and must be accompanied with original signed commercial invoice. As part of our value added service we can arrange for these documents to be signed and stamped at HM customs on your behalf.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN
The main purpose of this document is to establish in the importing country if the product is entitled to preferential duties. Certificates of origin may also be needed to prove that goods do not come from a country against which the importing country has trade restrictions. The certificate of origin must be certified and/or legalised by the relevant countries' Embassy and Chamber of Commerce. As a member of these institutes we can complete the document and have it stamped on your behalf. For further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
